Ence Homes
Ence Homes has been a vital part of the growing Southern Utah community. Their reputation as a premier builder has come by hard work and dedication to quality and value. At every level Ence Homes is committed to building a better quality of life for their home buyers. Part of that commitment includes building every home to Energy Star standards. Ence Homes recognizes the need to build a more energy efficient home that has minimal impact on the environment and provides added comfort and energy savings to the home owner. For this reason, Ence Homes was the EPA's Energy Star 2002 Partner of the year.
  • All Ence Homes score an 86 or above on the HERS test – A HERS (Home Energy Rating System) test is a nationally recognized standard measurement of a homes energy efficiency. An energy rating allows a homebuyer to easily compare the energy costs for the homes being considered.

• Each home receives a pressurized blower test to see how fast the air escapes to ensure tight construction. Tighter construction keeps out dirt, pollen and toxins and creates a quieter home.

• Every Ence home is inspected and certified by an independent agency to guarantee it meets or exceeds Energy Star® standards.

• Perhaps in the near future, Energy Star homes® will become the home building industry standard. It has become ours!

Kennecott Land --
DayBreak Development
Daybreak is a master planned community designed on 4,126 acres of land at the foot of the Oquirrh Mountains. Over 13,000 homes, 5.2 million square feet of retail space, 2.4 million square feet of office space, and 1.5 million square feet of industrial space will be built here over a period of 15 years. Thirty percent of the land is designated as open and green space. Small and large parks, public green spaces, miles of walking trails, a lake, sports parks for children of all ages, and natural open space all contribute to the livability of this community.

Welcome to Daybreak, and welcome to your dream home.
All too often people settle for a house that simply suits their needs rather than earnestly seeking a home that fulfills their dreams. At Daybreak those dreams are realized with a range of diverse bungalows and two-story homes, all drawing inspiration from yesterday’s classic Utah neighborhoods, and with features that clearly demonstrate the all-important difference between a house and a home. From the community-inspiring front porches to the Energy Star rating applied to each home. It’s all here.
